Visual Arts Building, Studios, and Technology Resources

The Visual Art Building of the Kennesaw campus has 32,000 square feet of state-of-the-art studio and classroom spaces. Program descriptions list equipment available for students in the classroom studios. The building's central atrium hallways are illuminated with natural light and student artwork is often displayed throughout the building.

  • • Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Saturday - Sunday | Closed

  • Note: Application forms will be available in late August.

    Studio Access
    Apply for 24/7 Access for Visual Arts Students needing access to the Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Photography, Sculpture and Ceramic Studios only.

    Important note when applying for access: KSU Human Resources will notify you via email with a link for permission to submit to a background check.

    Computer Lab Access
    Visual Arts Students needing Access to the computers labs (207, 209 and 224) must apply for and be approved for 24/7 Access.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: only students who have been accepted into the Graphic Communication, Animation, Illustration, or Sequential Art concentration can apply. The only exception is if they are a double major (Studio Arts and Computers Arts).

  • Lab users may print to other laser-compatible papers through the right-side bypass tray. IMPORTANT: Please make sure the Paper Feed and Printer Features > Paper Type are applied for your paper type and thickness before you send the job.
