Each season, the School of Music presents over 100 public concerts and events including orchestra, band, choral, jazz, percussion, chamber music, and solo performances, plus many more. Below is information that you may find helpful when planning your visit to one of these performances.

General Event Information

  • All School of Music performances are held in Morgan Concert Hall in the Bailey Performance Center unless noted otherwise.
  • Most School of Music performances begin at 8 p.m., however a small number of performances begin earlier.
  • Doors to Morgan Concert Hall open 30 minutes prior to the start of each performance to allow for audience seating.


Location and Parking

The KSU School of Music is located on Kennesaw State University's Kennesaw Campus just 25 minutes north of Atlanta. Free parking for School of Music events is available on campus after 7 p.m. and on weekends.

Box Office Information

School of Music events are ticketed and managed by the College of the Arts Box Office and Office of Patron Services.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For each ticketed performance, tickets are available for purchase beginning one hour before the start of the performance, typically 7 p.m.
  • You will see a wide variety of outfits at many of our performances. In general, we suggest you wear what is comfortable for you to enjoy the performance.
  • Yes! The College of the Arts Box Office is happy to offer discounts to senior citizens, members of the United States military, current KSU students, faculty, and staff, KSU alumni, and groups of 10 or more.

    To access these discounts, simply visit the ticket purchase page at and enter the number of each type of ticket that you would like to purchase for the event you are interested in attending.

    Please Note: Discounts for current KSU students are not available on the night of the event.
  • Prohibited items include food, drinks, camera equipment, weapons including firearms, instrument cases, backpacks, and large bags.
  • Late seating is generally allowed during applause breaks only. Depending on the performance, late seating may be allowed during other breaks or pauses in the program per the discretion of the house manager and instruction from the performers.
  • Yes, any patron who occupies their own seat must have their own ticket for all ticketed events in Morgan Concert Hall. Infants or young children who remain in their parent's arms or lap do not require a ticket.
  • Lost tickets that were purchased online may be reprinted by visiting this link and logging in to your ticketing account.

    Lost tickets that were not purchased online may be reissued by visiting the College of the Arts Box Office in person or via telephone at 470-578-6650.
  • Unless a ticketed performance has been cancelled, purchased tickets may only be exchanged for tickets to another College of the Arts performance. Each ticket exchange transaction will incur a $3 exchange fee.

  • The College of the Arts Box Office offers several options for you to receive your tickets:
    • Physical printed tickets are available in person from the College of the Arts Box Office
    • Print at home tickets are available for tickets purchased online
    • Will call for picking up tickets on the night of the performance
    When picking up tickets from will call, ticket purchasers must show photo identification matching the name under which the tickets were purchased or reserved. For ticket purchases of student, faculty, or military tickets, a valid photo ID is required to receive discounted tickets.
  • Exact methods for proving concert attendance is determined by instructor, so please consult your class syllabus or instructor if you have any questions about the requirements of your class.

    College of the Arts Box Office staff will distribute printed programs for each performance and will offer program stamps for students who are required to submit stamped programs to receive concert attendance credit. Since many instructors require two stamps to ensure students remain in attendance through the entire performance, program stamps will only be given prior to the start of each performance and after each performance concludes. Stamps will not be given any later than 10 minutes following the start of each performance.
